during my stay, I was delighted to discover the beautiful Purwell Meadows Nature Reserve, just a short stroll away, which offers lovely views and serene walking paths, and the Town Centre Gardens are also nearby, perfect for a peaceful afternoon amidst nature.

my stay at needham house was great! the standard double room was quiet and spacious. the bed was super comfortable. i loved the sauna facilities too. plus, it’s really close to luton airport, which made my travel so easy!

I had a lovely stay with a spacious deluxe double room that offered fantastic quietness and comfort. The cooked-to-order breakfast was definitely a highlight, featuring delicious options that catered to various preferences. the bathroom could have been larger to match the room's size.

Spacious bedroom and free Wi-Fi, but bathroom was really cramped.

The room was comfortable, but the shower temperature was inconsistent.

The grand atmosphere of the hotel instantly enveloped us in elegance. I loved the personalized touches, like the rose petals on our bed for a romantic surprise. The cooked-to-order breakfast was a delightful start to our day, making it feel like a special occasion every morning.

The room featured a comfortable bed that, despite its quirks, managed to provide decent support after a long day. The hotel offered a retro charm with wooden painted floors and a unique layout that has its own character.

Unfortunately, the acoustics in the place are downright distracting. I endured creaking and banging noises all night from the pipes or pumps that definitely interrupted my sleep. The bathroom setup was not well-thought-out, with the toilet crammed into a corner next to a radiator that made it awkward to use—definitely not a pleasant experience. The room showed its age, lacking modern decor and cleanliness in some areas, which could benefit from a serious touch-up.

The staff made me feel right at home with their friendly service, and I truly enjoyed the cooked-to-order breakfast that catered to different tastes. I noticed that the common areas could use a bit more attention to cleanliness.

Enjoyed the themed dinner nights and the food really impressed. The parking lot is falling apart with many potholes.
